This meal style is presented in convenient, organized bu昀昀et lines to be served by Camp Lucy attendants to ensure optimal
speed and portions. Your selected menu will be showcased in an aesthetically exciting and e昀케cient order. Bu昀昀et set-ups
will be removed completely after service. This is a great option to feed a large guest count quickly, making time for a full
event schedule. Bu昀昀ets provide a hearty menu that appeals to everyone. If selecting a bu昀昀et-style meal, you'll choose 2
salads, 2 sides and 2 main entrees to be enjoyed at your event.
CHEF PREPARED FAMILY STYLE
This meal style is delivered directly to each table on communal serving dishes to be self-served and shared by guests.
Dishes will be cleared from each table at the conclusion of dining. Your meals will be presented in substantial portions on
elegant serving platters. This style encourages a true communal dinner experience in which guests can enjoy each other’s
company without leaving their seats or waiting in a line. If selecting a family-style meal, please select 2 salads, 2 sides and
2 main entrees to be enjoyed at your event.
CHEF PREPARED PLATED
This meal style is a Chef-driven experience where each meal has been artfully plated to be served to guests
simultaneously. Plates will be removed at the cessation of each guest’s meal. This is a great fit for those seeking an
e昀케cient and beautifully presented meal directly to each guest.
